About the Role
As the Communications Manager at Dominos, you will hold a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s narrative and enhancing our corporate reputation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing communications strategies that resonate with our various stakeholders, including customers, employees, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support business objectives.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce engaging content across various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Media Relations: Build strong relationships with local and national media, proactively pitching stories and garnering media coverage.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans; serve as a point of contact during emergencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment of messaging across all channels.
- Brand Awareness: Manage brand reputation by monitoring public perceptions and engaging with audiences through multiple platforms.
- Social Media Strategy: Oversee and enhance our social media presence, increasing engagement and reach across key platforms.
- Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and oversee company events that promote branching and community engagement.
